Hotel Green Arbor

Some rooms smell of smoke, including ones marked non-smoking, which is an issue in older hotels like this. The staff were considerate and tried to meet guests’ needs, though. They were attentive, the breakfast was comprehensive, and laundry was easy to do. You can also borrow umbrellas and other things. It’s not far from a lively part of the city, a few parks, a subway stop, and Tohoku University.

I was here on a business trip, and my experience was bad. On my last day, I couldn’t find my Apple Watch in the room. Before that, I remembered it being there, and the Find app showed it on the first floor of the hotel. The staff’s response wasn’t very good. A month later, I still haven’t received any information. I live in Sapporo, far away, so I couldn’t look for it myself and had to report it to the police myself. I’m confused because the app was showing it at the hotel.

We only stayed one night, but we really liked the service. The room was very clean, and the front desk was enthusiastic about helping us with questions, including arranging a taxi. We’re from Taiwan.

The room was good, and I got two nights at a reasonable price. It’s near the station too, so getting around was easy.
