I visited in winter and could stay in the room without clothes, thanks to the Hokkaido-standard fire-heating fan heater. It’s a clean, reasonably priced, family-friendly three-story hotel with a retro Showa-era feel. Some furnishings are worn, some toilets don’t have washlets, and a few beds have hard mattresses. With summer temperatures staying above 30 degrees in recent years, the lack of air conditioning could make a stay difficult.
