Check-in and checkout are handled at another location, A Million Roses, which you pass on the right just before turning left onto this property's street. They don’t accept credit cards. You also have to leave a 1000 yen key deposit, refunded when you return the key. I reached the front desk at 0850 and nobody was there, though an English sign gave a number to call for help. Luckily, the caretaker was around and checked me out.
