Check-in took over 30 minutes. There was no staff at reception, and the system wasn't very good. Even after I got the key code, I couldn't open the key box to get my room key. I had to call the hotel twice before the staff member on the phone operated the box and I finally got it. The room smelled horrible, so I had to go out and buy a LAVONS to freshen it up.

The room was dusty throughout and smelled old. The bathroom was far from clean, and there was mold all over the walls. I can't recommend this place at all, especially at 10000¥ a night. The photos and videos only show parts of the mess! 😤😤😤😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

The bathroom was VERY dusty, which is a problem if you have a dust allergy. There was even a used bandage left in there, so the cleaning and hygiene were poor. Some staff didn't speak a word of English, which seemed strange for a business hotel. The elevator was odd and closed much too quickly. The beds were hard but clean, and the furniture was visibly damaged. WiFi kept dropping and was very unstable.

A below-average hotel that felt a bit expensive. They also had an odd rule requiring you to return your room key every time you left the room.
