The narrow roads around the place could be tricky in a large car. I even had a bit of trouble meeting oncoming traffic in a regular car. Still, the room was spotless and comfortable, and they had welcome food and drinks that I made use of. It seems popular too: despite going on a weekday, there was only one room left.

What really stood out at Coco Hotel Tiara was the receptionist. I’ve stayed at reasonably priced love hotels in Shizuoka City before, and their service was generally what you’d expect at a love hotel. Here, the receptionist was so polite that it felt closer to a luxury hotel. I booked while looking for a love hotel in Shizuoka City with an open-air bath. The interior was beautiful, and the higher-grade room had a special, out-of-the-ordinary feel. Room 213 also had a minibar, which my friend who likes alcohol really appreciated. The food was delicious. I was especially surprised by the miso soup, which had a strong seaweed flavor and didn’t seem pre-packaged. Even at Numazu Port, you can find places where the miso soup makes you think, “Huh?”, so the quality here was impressive for a love hotel. The indoor bath was spacious, with two showers. There was also an open-air bath and terrace seating, so you could soak in the heat outside, which was lovely. You can get here by public transport, and it’s close to the interchange. Sawayaka is also within walking distance, so it could work well for people visiting from outside the prefecture.

The baths are roomy, and all the rooms I saw were clean, cute, and tidy. There’s lots of free welcome food and drink, and it’s tasty. They also have plenty of rental items, from pricey body soap and lotions to irons. A great hotel for women, I’d definitely recommend it! 👍>ᴗ<)🎀

There’s a lot to choose from, so picking things out is part of the fun, and I’m sure you’ll be satisfied. I’d suggest going mainly for the Sunday benefits, since food beyond the complimentary menu is a little pricey for a love hotel. For 9,900 yen, you get 100 ducks to float in the bath, two complimentary food items, two hours of all-you-can-drink alcohol, free breakfast, and several other perks. It’s really good value.

I was here on a business trip. The welcome food and drinks were a nice extra, and the clean futon was comfortable. The room itself was clean too. Definitely worth the price.
