The food was a real highlight, especially the dessert: persimmon mousse with a walnut caramel-like layer underneath and dragon fruit on top. Even the appetizers, sashimi, and fries were delicious, and the portions were generous. There was no traditional inn-style hot pot, just fish dishes, but the quality was good. The staff were thoughtful, and there were plenty of free drinks, plus sorbet and iced tea before bed. The building was clean, though its age showed in drafts from the windows. The service helped make up for that. Personally, I could have done without the toilet seat cover, but I was very satisfied. It came close to a perfect score for me, maybe a 4 or an 8.

I keep coming back because the food and service are so good. The Suppon plan costs quite a bit, but I think it’s worth paying for.

We had grilled abalone and sea bream among the fresh seafood dishes, and enjoyed the beautiful sea view while bathing.
