The location worked really well for us: just under 20 minutes by car to Toy Kingdom and five minutes to Miyama Park. We drove because of the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to avoid public transport while taking our 5-year-old to Toy Kingdom. There’s parking and a garden, and the setup let us avoid contact with the general public. The owners and their family were great, and I’d definitely come back. We found the place while looking for a rental house near Toy Kingdom. The owner has a thoughtful, artistic touch, and the renovated Japanese-style home felt stylish and relaxing. It was fun seeing the renovated details throughout. My child especially loved the bathroom painting ^_^. We were there during the March Golden Week holidays and wondered if nights might be cold, but heaters throughout the property kept us comfortable. Traveling with our child, we also appreciated the complete kitchen set. We could borrow the rice cooker for rice, and the coffee maker ground beans fresh for our morning coffee. Highly recommend it!
