The friendly owner is a keen traveler who spends about a third of the year exploring the world. They told us this hostel will leave the association in May 2019. Youth hostels are becoming less common in Chiba Prefecture, but this one isn't closing, it will carry on in a different form.

Families should find this a nice place to stay, and there's a private family bath too. The room doesn't have a TV, which was a shame. A 7-Eleven is around 600m away.
