The food made our stay, both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, including the fresh, clean bathroom. The corridors and stairs could use attention since they’re worn down. It’s a retro-style hotel about a five-minute drive from Toba aquarium. We had a great time.

The meals were full of flavor, and I won't forget the spiny lobster, sashimi, or all those delicious little dishes. The staff were so welcoming, especially the older woman at reception whose smile lit up the room and who seemed to be the hotel manager. Our room had a lovely charm, and although the building is old, it was very clean, especially in the rooms. I hope to come back someday.

We were sightseeing in Ise and stayed one night with two meals included. Every little side dish was tasty, along with the spiny lobster and abalone. The room and bath were very clean, and the cheerful staff made the stay feel relaxing. I'd happily stay here again on another trip to Ise. Thank you.

The kids were excited to watch YouTube on the big TV, and they spent time searching for the hotel's adorable cat. We also loved the Christmas tree. Our room was new, spotless, and had fresh tatami. The meals felt luxurious, and the staff were kind, including the people who picked us up and saw us off. It was a lovely family trip and gave us memories we'll keep.
