The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless and spacious compared with many hotels in a similar price range in Japan. It’s conveniently located between two stations, with a supermarket a three-minute walk away. Breakfast was adequate. My only minor complaint was wind noise, though I don’t think the hotel could do much about it during a small gale. All in all, a very nice stay.

Most people seemed to arrive late and leave early, and there isn’t much to do here beyond sleep. The small hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. There are vending machines in the lobby with ice cream, soup and miscellaneous items, plus what looked like a pottery trail walk outside. Breakfast is oriental style, though egg rolls and coffee are available. The hotel only serves breakfast, so you’ll need to walk elsewhere for a better meal. It was raining during our stay, so cup noodles were the best option. I spent the evening watching TV and eating them. The tourist group staying there at the time was all Chinese.

It was okay, but not great. The walls were very thin, and the furniture was arranged awkwardly enough that I kept bumping into it. That made the room feel small.
