The staff were amazing and really helpful, and the room was spacious with a huge bed. It's clearly set up for couples, but I was a Large American traveling alone and had plenty of room. Be careful about which way you walk to the hotel. Take the wrong route and you'll end up on a busy road with no sidewalk or shoulder, dragging heavy luggage. Ask me how I know. Taxis are basically impossible to find, so plan around that.

It's about 15 minutes from Seibuen Amusement Park and very close to the reservoir park. The stay was clean and pleasant. There aren't restaurants or convenience shops nearby, so the snacks they provide were handy. You do need to join as a member, but it only costs 100JPY.

I was here on business, and the staff were polite and helpful. For 100 yen, membership gives you access to a lot, including free drinks and food for breakfast and dinner. The cleaning was especially thorough, cleaner than at most business hotels. My only gripe was the indirect lighting. I'd stay here again if I get the chance.

My husband and I ordered room service and really enjoyed the meal and our time together. The room was mostly clean, though I noticed some dust had collected on the towel box.
