I was here for two days and two nights while waiting for my accommodation to be cleared. The best part was going for walks and finding good places to shop or meditate. The hotel itself was very old. The bed was really hard, and the towels looked old and dingy and felt rough. The pillows were tiny and flat.

I stayed on my own in a twin room for five nights while my house in the city was being renovated. It was peaceful and quiet, and the separate bathroom and toilet really stood out. The bathroom was roomy enough to fill the tub and wash comfortably. I asked for a blanket and got a fluffy one instead of cotton. Being from the Showa era, I didn't mind some of the inconveniences. There was a microwave by reception downstairs and a washlet toilet across from it. A coin laundry was three doors away, with a supermarket and dry cleaner across the street. The station was close, and I think a convenience store was about three minutes left from the hotel, though I didn't use it. You could leave your amenities and trash can in a basket outside to have them replaced. Since I had a key, it was fine even when nobody was at the front desk. Home is home. I had my bicycle, so I bought food at Tokorozawa Seibu and ate in my room. There was a Daily Yamazaki by the station, and I heated things in the microwave near the front desk. My bathroom renovation is finished, so the stay is over, but I'd be glad to come back if I get the chance. Thanks to all the staff.

The facilities were just okay, like other reviews said. I stayed here to watch a baseball game, and the front desk service afterward was the worst part. I left something behind and called around lunchtime after checking out, but nobody answered no matter how many times I tried. Maybe they were busy cleaning or doing other work, but I thought hotel front desks were normally open 24 hours. I finally reached someone after 7 PM. They had an arrogant attitude and insisted they didn't want to mail my item, that I had to come get it. I live far away, so I explained that would be difficult, and they agreed only reluctantly. It's especially disappointing because the front desk staff I'd met during my stay were so pleasant. I won't stay here again.

I was here for work, and for some reason this time I got two beds. I've stayed several times before and it was never like that. It's not really a business hotel setup, but, oh well!

The first thing out of my mouth when I walked into the room was, “It's over.” The price didn't feel justified, and I was really surprised there was no Wi-Fi. They should either charge less or provide service that feels worth what they ask.
