The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to set the air conditioner. It worked, just not the way I expected. The location is good, but the building is tucked in a lane and wasn’t easy to reach. Online pre-check-in and check-in were a little confusing because of the wording on the pages. For example, pre-check-in said payment had to be made, but the notification email didn’t mention that. The page also showed “Single room” even though I’d booked for my whole family. The check-out page wasn’t available and returned a 404 error.

We booked at the last minute and were glad they could fit us in. The beds were comfortable and the sleeping area was pleasant, but the bathroom was pretty dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves before using it.

The subway is very close, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The room had all kinds of amenities and was very well equipped. We stayed here from August 19th to 23rd, 2014, and it was the best place for independent travel in Japan.

The facilities are so complete and the room is very clean, so you only need to pack two sets of clothes when you check in. It’s easy to get around, with a 24-hour convenience store nearby and the subway very close. Highly recommended.
