The apartment was spacious by Tokyo standards and had the amenities I’d expect, but it looked a little dated and wasn’t as nice as the photos. Being on the top floor kept it quiet enough. I imagine the lower floors would be noisier.

We stayed at Sumifuku Higashi Shinjuku 2-chome CH602 from April 12 to April 18, 2025. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a small kitchen, and it was clean. Getting in touch with the host was smooth and professional. Higashi-Shinjuku Station is just a few minutes away on foot, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay and would choose it again on our next Tokyo trip. I’d recommend it to couples or solo travelers.

The host was very helpful with our booking and shared useful general information. We reserved through the official website and talked with them on LINE. The property is a convenient three-minute walk from the subway, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. I’d recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

I spent 10D9N in Room 401. The bed was comfortable, and the other amenities were good. The room was very clean, and it was easy to wash and dry clothes right there. The bathtub was understandably small for me since I’m quite tall. There was a slight musty smell when I first turned on the aircon, but it went away after a while. The place is small, but the space is used so well that it feels roomy. It has what you need, including a stove and washer-dryer, and the beds were comfortable with good air conditioning. It’s really close to the train station, with lots of food options and a 7/11 within walking distance. Communication with the host was great. I’d stay again.
