I stayed here for a few days and it had what I needed to feel at home, from toiletries to kitchen supplies. Tokyo rooms tend to be small, but this one was still bigger than some you find around the city.

We spent more than three weeks here and it really felt like a second home. We’re going to miss it.

The confirmation from Agoda said check-in would be meet and greet, but when I arrived nobody was there. I had to sort it out online with customer support, spending about an hour outside on my phone while trying to work. They blamed the issue on Agoda, though I wonder whether the management company should just ignore a problem like that. The room was also far from the clean place I expected. There were bloodstains on the curtains, drool marks on the cushions, and dust on sheets that looked as if they hadn't been changed. It was really unpleasant. They said a same-day cleaning wasn't possible and they couldn't refund the room charge. I changed the sheets myself to get by. They told me they'd refund the cleaning fee, but I don't know whether they'll handle that properly, and I'm still unhappy. I won't stay here again and definitely can't recommend it.

The facilities were good, which made up for check-in being a little complicated.
