The manager was so kind and helpful. He checked that everything was okay, helped us with our really heavy luggage, and was there for check-in and check-out. We can't thank him enough. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place. Our upstairs room was clean and nice, with comfortable beds, a fridge, TV, hairdryer, microwave, and WiFi that worked well. The manager had prepared towels, slippers, utensils, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. The toiletries smelled great and worked really well on our Polish hair. Using the washing machine was helpful too, and our clothes smelled really nice afterwards. Convenience stores and monorail stations are nearby, but the neighborhood was still peaceful and quiet, a great place to rest after trips and sightseeing around Tokyo.

Our host was very friendly and let us leave our luggage there until check-in. The place is in a quiet residential area close to Akihabara. The room had two levels: the bedroom with the listed amenities, toilet, and sink was downstairs, while the bathroom and kitchen were upstairs with the balcony, washing machine, and clothesline. Toiletries and towels were provided, and there was free WiFi. It was a good place, though a bit cramped for three people. We booked through Airbnb and, having seen its high rating, can confirm it was deserved.

The staff were great. They didn't speak much English, but were willing to help with anything. I locked myself out close to midnight, and they quickly sent someone to let me back in. They also answered my questions quickly. The place is a little out of the way from the stations, but it's a pleasant walk and tucked away from the city noise. The room was small but quaint and nice, with plates and utensils, a kettle, hob, and microwave for cooking. The shower and toilet were comfortable, and there was a washer-dryer too. I'd easily recommend it for a stay of two weeks or more.
