DDD Hotel

We'd happily come back to DDD hotel. The room felt fairly new, was very clean, and had comfortable beds compared with other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. The amenities were good too, and the staff were attentive and kind. It's handy for the train station, though the surrounding area feels more like a business district. The coffee was great as well, and I definitely recommend staying here.

For a solo trip, this is an affordable, stylish option. I loved the cute view from the window, and the cafe was surprisingly good. The Michelin restaurant downstairs doesn't take walk-ins even when it looks like there are lots of empty seats, which was frustrating. There are plenty of good, non-touristy restaurants nearby, though. You can take an Uber or walk about ten minutes from the stations.

The room has a generous amount of space for the price, and the whole place was clean and tidy, just what you'd expect from a typical Japanese stay. The front desk staff were especially friendly and made the experience even better.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location in a quiet part of Chuo is convenient for train lines. The room was small, though that's about average for Tokyo. During our ten-day stay they cleaned regularly, but never vacuumed the carpet. The power outlet was also awkward to use because our universal plugs didn't fit well. Still, the room was above average for Tokyo and worth the money.
