I was there during winter and it was really cold. The bathroom and shower are tiny, and the upstairs ceiling is low enough that I kept bumping my head. I could put up with it for a night or two.

It’s a very tight space, especially with luggage, and they give you sleeping mats. The place feels more like a hostel than it looks in the listing, and it wasn’t very comfortable. It’s also a long walk to the metro, and far from the JR lines and tourist areas. It might work if you’re trying to save money and only staying one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a lot of bags.
