Four Seasons Marunouchi is in an ideal spot, right by Tokyo Station and convenient for reaching other neighborhoods. We stayed six nights during Tokyo’s cherry blossom season and had an incredible time. The staff were warm, welcoming, understanding, and accommodating throughout. Our daughters, ages 4 and 7, were treated like princesses, and the team went out of their way to make all of us feel at home. Since it was my daughter’s birthday, they brought special treats and gifts for both girls. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience. My husband and I also ate at Sezanne. It was a one-of-a-kind meal, with the best service we’ve had at a Michelin starred restaurant anywhere in the world. Special thanks to Keigo for helping with reservations and being so kind throughout our trip. I can’t recommend Four Seasons Marunouchi enough.

For an upscale Tokyo stay, this place is highly recommended. The rooms were quiet and super clean, getting around was easy, and both the location and service were great.

The staff had even arranged taxi pickup before we left our room to check out, after noting when we planned to depart. Their service was very good. For an early jog, they’d also prepared route maps, water, power bars, and towels by the front entrance. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a good-pressure shower and quality amenities. Breakfast was good overall, and the dining area gets lovely natural sunlight. A very comfortable, pleasant stay.

After six hours walking around Tokyo with our family, we were at the end of our rope and knew we needed good cocktails, service, and a warm welcome. We regularly stay at Four Seasons hotels, but didn’t have rooms here this trip because our hipster college kids wanted to stay in another part of town. Even so, from the outdoor doorman’s greeting through to the lobby, we were welcomed and given the five-star treatment. We spent a wonderful two-hour break in the bar. Thank you!

We were happy with our last three nights in Tokyo here. The restaurants were amazing, with city light views, and the food and drinks were delicious. The location is great, within walking distance of central Ginza and next to Tokyo station. Our room was spacious and clean, though a little old by Four Season standards. The service was excellent, and every staff member was helpful and kind.
