We only stayed one night, but I’d gladly come back. The room had traditional futon bedding and everything we needed, and was quiet and comfortable. Being on the first floor made handling our luggage easy, and the staff were very helpful. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Shin Okubo station was a short walk away. They also let us store our luggage before our stay.

A good budget option. The room was clean, the service was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It was very close to the station and plenty of shops. They also helped send our luggage on to the next hotel.

Everything was really clean, and I liked having a small kitchen in the room. The location was convenient, and the service was great. They let my family and me leave our luggage there before it was time to head to the airport, which I really appreciated.

The guy at the front desk was rude and no help at all. While I was talking, he even put his hand in my face. That’s extremely disrespectful, and he shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Also, be ready to sleep on a hard floor.

We had no trouble getting in and out, and the open tatami layout fit me and five friends easily. It’s an affordable, practical place in a great spot for sightseeing and catching trains around Tokyo. The room was a bit worn and dirty, and I saw some bugs. For the price, I expected a little grime. Most hotels won’t take six people in one room, so I’d stay here again without hesitation.
