There isn't much nearby apart from the mall, but it has ramen places, a Family Mart, and a 7Eleven, handy when you want food, a drink, or other essentials. The staff are kind and willing to help with trip questions, and they can arrange to send your luggage to your next destination. A metro-train stop is right next to the hotel. Akihabara and Shibuya are far away, though public transport makes it quick to get around Tokyo. The room was good quality, including the mattress, even if the Japanese-sized space might feel small to foreigners.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, and Kim at the front desk didn't have a non-smoking room available for us at check-in. She arranged for us to move into one the next day, though, and I really appreciated the help. We had a great eight-night stay in Tokyo. The hotel is very close to Shinagawa Seaside metro station and Aeon mall, and it's also convenient for Haneda Airport. There was a good running path along the hotel building, which I needed for training for Tokyo Marathon 2025. The room size was typical for Japan. I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family. The service was good, and reception is open 24/7. I liked the location, with a nearby station, a mall with lots of shopping and dining options, several convenience stores, and a bus to Haneda airport. The rooms are a good size compared with other hotels in Japan, and the price is really good value. It's close enough to the main attractions while being away from the city's craziness. I totally recommend it.
