The hotel was very clean and nicely designed, and the location is fabulous, close to Sensoji and plenty of restaurants and shops. Space is quite limited, especially for two people with luggage, though that's common in Japan. Pack light and save yourself the trouble, since almost every hotel stay in Japan has laundry facilities. The beds were the firmest I've encountered while traveling around Japan. Other guests' comments about them seem accurate, though mattress softness is a personal preference. I prefer a softer bed.

The location is handy for attractions, and the station is only about a five-minute walk away. The room was small, as I'd expected in Tokyo. What really let it down for me was the mattress: it was so hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor.

The photos and description gave me the wrong impression. I booked four nights, but left after the first and asked to be refunded for the nights I wouldn't use. The hotel refused. My girlfriend and I barely slept because the mattress had no cushioning and the pillows were flat. The room was so tiny we couldn't open a suitcase or move around. I found another hotel just a four-minute walk away for a similar price, and had a much better experience. Calling this a three-star hotel is a joke. I've stayed in higher-quality motels in America. Stay away from this trap.

A quiet place in a perfect spot for exploring the area. The lobby amenities were great, and the rooms had everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

The room was clean and well equipped, with toiletries, pajamas, and towels, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's an easy base for shops, restaurants, and train stations. The bed was very firm, which suits me. I'll stay here again.
