It's in a very nice residential neighborhood, and you can see Tokyo Sky Tree from the balcony. The apartment was clean and comfortable with air conditioning, roughly ten minutes from the train station and the Sumo arena. Smoking isn't allowed inside or outside the apartment, as is common in Sumida, so please be considerate.

The place was small but clean, and probably fits two or three adults at most. Construction next door was extremely noisy while we were there. We should have been told about it beforehand.

Coming back to this quiet neighborhood after a busy day was lovely, with lots of good restaurants nearby. There are two subway stops within a 5-10 minute walk. For a great price, this is one of the most spacious places you can get in central Tokyo. Check-in was seamless, and the owner/operator was very helpful: I booked the same day and got the check-in details within minutes. Everything we needed was there, from paper towels to extra bedding for the pull-out couch, and the washer was easy for a foreigner to use. There was even a lovely balcony. I highly recommend it.

It's just a three-minute walk to the train station, with Lawson, 7 Eleven and other supermarkets very close by. The hotel was VERY VERY CLEAN, and had a fridge, freezer and plenty more. I highly recommend it, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!
