Hotel Cherena - Adult Only

The bath was the main draw for me. I’d looked it up online and, since it seemed spacious, decided to visit in my free time. I stayed in a luxury room. The room was average-sized, while the bath had enough space for two, with a jacuzzi and bubble bath that made for a pleasant soak. There was a slight cigarette smell, a bit unpleasant but not too bothersome. I ordered lunch through room service at a reasonable price, and placing the order was easy. An attendant brought it to the entrance of my room. That was the only time I met an attendant. The basic amenities were all there. You could also rent shampoo and other items beyond what was supplied in the bathroom, though many were out of stock. I got a membership card too, and would definitely return.

The room was spacious, clean, and very nice, just as I’d expect for the price. The bathroom was roomy too, there was a massage chair, and the staff were kind and helpful. But I mainly wanted to use the karaoke, and the microphone made a strange noise and distorted my voice. I ordered a DAMII machine, but it never arrived. There was also a small white insect in the bathroom, and the video selection was limited. I contacted the staff about the karaoke problem. They said nobody knew about the machine and suggested restarting it. Restarting didn't help. Since the price didn't change even though the karaoke was broken, I don't think I'd return. If I just wanted a spacious, clean room without karaoke, I could go somewhere else.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and part of the massage chair was broken. The food we ordered was terrible, and it seemed like the male staff member had no intention of making it in the first place. He rang the doorbell dozens of times, and I thought, “This guy's crazy.” The worst. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

I booked at the last minute after Bijou Hotel was full, and found the place very clean and comfortable ✨. The staff were really kind, which was great.
