Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo

The location is the one downside, since it's far from anywhere, but the design and hospitality were simply amazing. I stayed in one of the suites with a garden view and wish I'd stayed longer. If you love the style, it's really worth visiting. A morning walk around the garden is a must if you appreciate the experience. I'd definitely go whenever I have the chance!

I love the limited edition hotel Chinzanso roll on perfume and both room diffusers I bought. My mother and I went to one of the restaurants for her birthday, for unagi. The restaurant and gardens were absolutely gorgeous, but the main reason I'm writing is Ms Tanaka, the assistant director of guest services. She took great care of us and was the perfect host at this beautiful hotel. The service was absolutely five star, and we were highly impressed. Please pass our gratitude for her kindness and hospitality on to Tanaka San. She's here below in the picture with my mother.

We felt like royalty here. Every staff member was amazing, kind, and attentive, and the restaurants served excellent food. The gardens are astounding, especially magical during firefly season. After touring Tokyo, the Kyoto, and Osaka before returning to Tokyo, this was the perfect place to rest our weary feet and relax at the end of the trip. We can't thank everyone who made our stay so wonderful enough. This is, without question, the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in.

The gym and spa were excellent, and the Japanese breakfast at the Miyuki restaurant is an experience you won't want to miss. Rooms are gorgeous and impeccable, with stellar service and amenities out of this world. If you're after a high-end experience in Tokyo, I highly recommend this hotel.
