For a last-minute Friday night, ¥15,800 for a room with checkout at noon felt like a pretty good deal. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we could see Mt Fuji from the balcony. The place felt beautiful, new, and clean, and I was genuinely impressed. It works really well as regular accommodation too, not just as a love hotel. Reception was open and straightforward, like a normal hotel, and they gave us a physical room key. They didn't make entering, leaving, or checking out feel awkward or overly discreet.

The room was on the small side, but we were out most of the time, and it was quiet when we were in it. The staff were really friendly and tried to help however they could. We also got complimentary amenities, including drinks, water, and ice cream. A very good little hotel for our Tokyo stay.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was great. The free ice cream and alcoholic drinks were incredible. It's a 'love hotel', but we had absolutely no issues during our five-night stay.

The bathroom was great, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of extra amenities. The hotel was also close to Shibuya crossing, so getting around Shibuya was easy. My main complaint is the rate. The advertised price on booking.com was about three times what the actual rate was, and the front desk had a sign showing a much lower nightly “stay” rate. I think the online listing is scalping tourists. Call to make a reservation so you don't get ripped off.

The staff were lovely and friendly, and they used a translation app when needed. There were loads of amenities, from snacks and face creams to bath salts, and the ice cream was a cute touch. The bed was comfortable, though I wish there'd been a second pillow to lean on while watching TV. The hotel is nice and blingy, a different kind of place. The bathroom was huge, with a deep tub that felt great after a full day of walking. Noise was the downside: a party upstairs the night before, with stomping and furniture moving, plus street noise.
