Hotel Maruchu Centro

The rooms are small, as you'd expect in a business hotel, and the washrooms are shared. Everything is very clean. Shops and grocery stores are just steps away, while the vending machines are in the lobby alongside the shower rooms and bathing area. There is just one bath, with separate bathing times for women and men. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The room was clean and roomy enough for one person, and there's a small balcony with a nice view. It's good value for the price and close to Minami Station.

For a business hotel, it's very affordable, and the single-person rooms are small. Minami-senju station is close by, with JR Joban, JR Tsukuba Express, and Tokyo Metro Hibiya lines. There's not much to do right around the hotel, though I found some good food across the tracks near Minami-senju. The staff were respectful and helpful. My Japanese is pretty broken, but we managed to communicate fine. There are showers available around the clock, plus a very clean sento with bathing hours split by gender. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in both. Each floor has free Wi-Fi and shared facilities, including bathrooms with five toilets on the women's floors, four sinks, mirrors, hair dryers, a microwave, hot water boiler, and pants press. My room had a small TV, mini-fridge, and bedside table, along with a little balcony for stepping outside. I'm really happy with the place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

The staff are good, and the place is quite nice for the price.
