The room was very old, tiny, and dark, which made the stay unpleasant. There weren't any restaurants close by either. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or colleagues. If you're going to a concert or soccer game, I'd take a taxi to a nearby town instead. It's worth paying the fare rather than staying here.

The room was in the new building and relatively clean, with a comfortable amount of space. We stayed two nights, and breakfast was the same both days. It's served at a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of another hotel in the building next door, apparently part of the same group. The walk takes less than a minute, but you'll get wet if it rains. They served mapo tofu and shumai, which makes sense for a Chinese restaurant (laughs). The hotel has a main building and a new building, with the front desk on the second floor of the main building. The first floor there has parking and coin laundry. The two buildings connect only on the fifth floor. No one told us at check-in which building we were in, so we were confused getting to our room. Parking needs to be reserved by contacting the hotel ahead of time.

The bathroom duck was tiny and very cute. My Japanese-style room was clean, though it felt a bit old. There were only a few outlets, none by the pillow, so bringing a long charging cable or extension cord might be a good idea. It also took some fiddling to find a comfortable balance between hot and cold water in the bathroom.
