We stayed four nights and three days, and the staff were extremely friendly and informative. Kamata Station is nearby, with trains taking around 35 minutes to downtown Tokyo and places like Shinjinku and Asakusa. The area was quiet, with some good restaurants, and the price was reasonable. The room stayed muggy and hot the whole time; even though late March temperatures were no higher than 56 degrees most days, the thermostat wouldn’t cool it down. Coming back after hours of walking wasn’t pleasant. Also, the washer and dryer take over two hours for a small load, so keep that in mind. I’d rate it 4/5, and hope this helps.

The hotel was very quiet, and Kamata Station is only about a 100-meter walk away. We stayed two nights on vacation and I’d stay here again if I return to Japan.

I stayed for 10 days, and the hotel turned out to be really nice. It’s close to JR Kamata station and the bus station for haneda airport, with Family Mart and Lawson nearby too. It was my first time staying here, and I’d come back if I return to tokyo.

The location is the main reason I’d book again: it’s handy for shopping and dining, and there’s a laundry facility plus a laundromat nearby for bigger loads. You can take a shuttle bus straight from Haneda to JR Kamata for ¥300. The staff were friendly, the price was very affordable, and I really enjoyed staying in Kamata. I returned six months after my first review and loved the stay again. I’d used a queen bed last time; this time I shared a 140 cm double with my adult daughter and was worried, but we both slept comfortably. It’s become my favorite hotel in Kamata.
