Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara

The staff were fantastic, and getting to transport and the main street was easy. For a couple, the room was a good size, though it would be a bit small for three. In-room facilities are minimal, but there's a reception and lounge with hot drinks, pastries, and cold drinks free for guests, as well as accessible washing machines for people traveling light. Great location for Akihabara. I'd stay here again.

The penguin robot was a fun, memorable touch, and the hotel's security system impressed me. I visited from Thailand and stayed April 23 to 30. It was a great value and a comfortable place to relax, conveniently close to JR Akihabara Station. The hotel had high-quality amenities, complimentary snacks and drinks in the common area, and excellent reception staff. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

On our last day, they looked after our luggage so we could explore a bit more before leaving. The staff were professional and courteous, and we had no issues. Amenities were a big plus, from bathroom essentials to the drink bar at reception. It's conveniently placed near most things you'd want in the area, but not right in the middle of the crowds and noise. A wonderful experience, and a great deal for the price and location. I'd highly recommend it.

I spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby and found the friendly staff helpful, with good English support. The rooms are well insulated from the train tracks, and the noise didn't bother me. Rooms are small, so if I were sharing again I'd upgrade from standard, but the amenities and service make it very good value. Super handy location. I'd stay here again.
