Hotel Tokyo Trip Nishinippori

There’s a convenience store on the next block, tucked underneath the rail so it isn’t visible, and the nearby train noise is useful to know about. It didn’t disturb me, though. The location is handy, with two stations close by: one serves the Narita airport route, and the other was the one I mostly used for daily activities around Tokyo.

We spent 7 nights at Hotel Tokyo Trip and had a great experience. The staff were great, especially manager Manda, who was friendly and spoke English very well. There’s a good range of restaurants nearby, and the free amenities, coffee, ice cream, water, and biscuits were a nice touch. The JR railway is close, so the location worked well.

I stayed several nights and had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to the train station. You can hear the train, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The room was clean, big, and affordable, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and could speak English. There’s also a washing machine and microwave.

The rooms feel very cramped and are really small. There’s also a nearby train, which isn’t bad with the window shut but gets very loud if it’s even slightly open. With several people in the room, keeping it closed left the air feeling humid and stale. The free ice cream was a nice touch, and the place was clean and friendly, with helpful staff. It’s a good hotel in a good spot, just a few minutes’ walk from Nishi-Nippori station on JR Yamanote. Nice place overall.
