The room was a good size, and the location is handy, very close to the train station. There’s a high chair for babies, though a small crib would’ve been useful too. The room smelled a little stuffy, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

There’s plenty of room, and it had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Getting here by public transport wasn’t the easiest, about 15 minutes from Okubo Sta. I’d gladly recommend the place and would definitely return.

We had such a good time and would happily come back. The hosts were wonderful, and the amenities were lovely. It’s a great Shinjuku option if you’re after a nice stay at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Our stay was lovely. The place was clean and matched its description, and the host was quick to respond and very supportive. There’s a bus stop less than a five-minute walk away, with connections to JR lines and other nearby train stops. Highly recommend.

With five of us, the room felt a little cramped. Still, the beds were soft and we all got a good night’s sleep.
