The hotel was nice and clean, with shopping centers and places to eat all around. From Narita airport, I took a Kesei Bus for 1000 Yen and got off near Tokyo Station. There I followed the signs for the Marunoichi Line, then checked the information board to find the train toward Ikebukuro station. After getting off at Ikebukuro St., I followed signs for the Yurakucho Line to Kotake-Mukaihara (Y6). At Kotake Mukaihara St, I changed at platform 4 to the Wakoshi Line and got off at Chikatetsu Narimasu St. If unsure, ask someone along the way; Japanese people are so friendly with tourists. At Chikatetsu Narimasu, use exit 5 and turn right. Walk past the amusement center with video games, then turn right at the crossing into the small alley. The hotel is about 50m along.

It’s a nice old hotel, but be ready for stairs if you have luggage. The lobby is on the 4th floor, while rooms are on the 1st and 2nd, and the only access is one set of stairs from the top.

The staff were really friendly, and everything was easy and convenient. There’s a splendid 24h Onsen inside, and I slept well. All for a very low cost!
