The bathroom was filthy and full of bacteria, with poor cleaning and a terrible moldy smell. I had heard Sekisui House had good plumbing, so that was a particularly bad impression, especially after paying high rent and key money to move in. The building's front door had also gone unfixed for six months. The previous tenants had mistreated another unit too, leaving dirty walls and plumbing and visible floor stains when they moved in. The property had already been operating for some time, yet the high rent and two-month key money came with poor property quality and poor customer service. When I asked about the problems, they either didn't reply or took a long time. Even after they finally contacted me to say they'd handle it, they only confirmed the details, then repeated the same exchanges and raised other things I hadn't discussed. Waiting at home for this was a waste of my time. Sekisui's management and attitude as a company were both terrible.
