I paid into their Stripe account for an extra person, then had to cancel. I cancelled through Booking.com because they said they would return my US$350. The owner then said Booking.com had made a mistake and the payment was supposed to be non-refundable. What a load of BS. Amelia was terrible to deal with. I’ll make sure as many people as possible hear about this. Message me if you want more information.

We lost an hour after a very long flight because she gave us the wrong house PIN. I had to call her a couple of times before I figured out the code was wrong. Later, we asked her to reserve one more night because Booking showed it was available. She quoted nearly 50% more than the Booking price and took the listing off Booking. When we asked her to put it back, she denied offering us a night and said it must be a Booking error. She said we could only book through her at a much higher price. We declined, and the next day saw the property listed again for one night at a lower price. She lied and tried to scam us for more money outside Booking, and we had to spend time changing houses because of it. Terrible experience, not recommended. Stay away from her.

We stayed on the first floor in this good apartment. The design is quite interesting and looks exactly like the pictures. The location was quiet, and the kitchen had various things in it.

The owner keeps parking illegally in the neighborhood, even after being reported and warned by police. He shows no sign of learning, and it’s a real nuisance. You should never stay somewhere like this. He repeatedly parks illegally, gets reported and warned, then does it again. It’s too much of a nuisance. Don’t stay here.
