The room was really clean and big enough for a few comfortable nights, though I needed the first night to settle in with the shared toilet and shower. The online pictures were accurate, and what I booked was what I got. The location is close to Ueno, Keisei Ueno, and Iriya stations. It’s also near central Akihabara, Sensi-jo temple, and Ueno Park with its zoo. There’s a 24-hour shop for snacks and drinks around the corner, too. The directions they sent for finding the place were detailed and very useful. I found more provided than I expected, with the basics like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shower gel all available. I’d recommend it to backpackers or anyone looking for a decent, inexpensive place for a few nights.
