The apartment really needs work to make it comfortable. The bed is quite small, and the room was much smaller than I expected. I’d said clearly that I was staying alone and didn’t need bedding for two, but was told to put it in the closet. The closet has no doors and was completely filled with futons, so there was nowhere to store anything. The room also had an unpleasant smell, like the previous guest’s body odor, and it made me feel sick. The staircase is narrow. While carrying luggage up to the fourth floor, I hit my head on the corner of an emergency box. If you’re visiting Japan, there are much better hotels at the same price, like Hotel Graphy and others. This serviced apartment needs serious improvement. It isn’t the quality level people can expect from hotels in Japan.

I was there for a month on the fourth floor. The room had what I needed for a short or longer stay, but it’s really only workable for one person. It’s too small for two. There’s no elevator, and the staircase is narrow, so getting a backpack and a 20KG suitcase upstairs would be tough.
