The one thing this hotel really had going for it was the central location. The room smelled musty and funky when we walked in, and it was so dark that getting ready for bed was difficult. The hallway on my floor reeked of body odor. I don't know if that came from staff or another guest, but my family and I found it gross and unacceptable. Service was weak too. To get an iron or hair curler, you have to go to reception, and you can only use them for a limited time. Room service felt careless: when I returned, the bed hadn't been made and there were still crumbs on the carpet. They'd only replaced the towel. The rooms honestly weren't anything special, and I wouldn't come back just for the location.

We had a quiet stay and couldn't hear anything from other guests. The room was a good size for Tokyo, with a roomy bathroom and a really powerful shower. It was a couple of minutes' walk to the nearest metro station and a Lawson. The staff were very helpful, and we were able to forward our luggage to Haneda Airport. They also provide lots of amenities, including pajamas.

Breakfast was nice, and the location in Takadanobaba is so convenient: right by Donki, Takadanobaba station, Lawson, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Gongcha. Good value, recommended! The room was a bit tight for two large suitcases. We couldn't open both at once.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There are nice free extras like face masks and bath salts. The room was simple and small, but comfortable. You can't beat being directly across the street from a train station.

Our last day in Tokyo was booked here before we returned to the UK. The staff kindly kept our luggage while we traveled around Japan for eight days. They're friendly and very helpful, and the nearest station is only a three-minute walk away, making it easy to get to other parts of Tokyo.
