I enjoyed my stay. It's a practical place close to Shinjuku, and you don't have to worry about catching the last train. The bed was comfy, with enough room to sleep well and keep one medium-sized bag without it getting in the way. The only real drawback was climbing up to the top beds, which was a bit hard. Each room had enough toilets that nobody had to wait, and the showers were available 24 hours. Downstairs there's a place to eat and have coffee, and I think there's also a small smoking area.

For the price, it's hard to beat Global Hotel. I stayed in Tokyo in late November 2025 and was really happy with the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and I have no complaints about the service.

Global Hotel was a great stay, and I'd definitely come back. The location is amazing, with lots of great places within walking distance. There are two buildings, and one seems newer; I was in the older one. My floor and the bathrooms were clean, the bathrooms were stocked, and the capsule was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's perfectly fine if you just need a cheap place for a few nights, though it's near a well-known tourist trap area, so be a little careful. My capsule had the wrong mattress shape, leaving a hole at one end.

The location made it easy to get around, with Shinjuku, the station, restaurants, nightlife, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart all close by. What really stayed with me, though, was how warmly the staff welcomed me. They even let me check in well before 3 PM, which helped a lot after a long journey. I’m leaving Tokyo today feeling emotional. Five stars don’t quite cover it. I’ll be back, and I’d stay at The Global Hotel again without hesitation. Thank you for making this trip so special. 🇯🇵❤️
