The room and bed were a decent size, and the upstairs deck had a lovely view. Some parts of the hotel have clearly been updated while others feel dated. The concierge was kind and helpful, and the front desk came up promptly when I raised an issue. There were self-serve items at the front desk at check-in and a coin locker for luggage storage. Luggage forwarding is available, though I couldn't tell how it would work for sending bags out from the hotel. Having the attached pharmacy was super convenient for last-minute necessities. I was glad the air-conditioning worked well, but the bathroom bidet was nearly the most disgusting thing. It was clear the bathroom facilities hadn't been cared for. Sadly, you get what you pay for.

We got a clean, nicely sized twin room and found the staff helpful when a check-in problem came up. For two nights during Golden Week, we were lucky to find an affordable room in the Tokyo area. We don't usually stay in this part of town, but it was comfortable and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Public transport was easy to reach too, with Kameido Station less than a five-minute walk away. There weren't any pajamas, though.

The room was clean and felt safe, with enough space for large suitcases. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was near a metro station, making popular attractions easy to get to.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, the train station is only two minutes away, and there's a rooftop area. The downsides: no laundry at the hotel, blinds let the streetlights into the room, and you don't need a swipe card to use the lift.

A budget-friendly option if you're traveling with a big family or group and want to save on accommodation. It's conveniently located near two train stations, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
