The staff were responsive, and the room was clean and equipped with the basic things a tourist needs. It's small, but the location is handy, near a convenience store and a subway station.

For a solo trip, I'd choose this over a bunk bed hostel or capsule. The place is nice for the price, with helpful staff and complete facilities both in the room and shared areas. Tokyo Station is about a 10-minute walk away.

I’m judging the stay in relation to what I paid, and the location worked well. Family Mart is just behind the hotel, with other train stations nearby; Tokyo Station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk if you’re happy to walk. The shared baths were very clean, and they provide the amenities you need, including laundry. Our room was a little small, but well maintained and cool. Staff were helpful when we were leaving: they got us a taxi and lent us umbrellas in the rain.

I booked well ahead for Golden Week, knowing rates are usually higher then, but a few days before arrival the hotel canceled, saying there had been a double booking. I was left trying to find somewhere else at much higher prices as the holiday got close. There was no workable alternative or compensation offered. The explanation felt flimsy, and I wish they had been honest about their pricing policies or simply acknowledged a mistake instead of seeming to shift the blame. Canceling a confirmed reservation at such short notice is unacceptable. The whole experience was deeply disappointing and left a bad impression. If you're planning to stay here during a busy period, I'd be wary of their booking reliability and customer service.
