Great value. The subway station is six minutes away, and convenience stores are one or two minutes away. Tateishi-san was incredibly kind. The first floor had bath additives and face masks, which was a nice touch. Ms. Tateishi at the front desk was courteous, cheerful, and warm. My Japanese wasn't perfect, so she explained things slowly and clearly, and provided Korean and English manuals for check-in and luggage delivery. The other staff were kind too, but her service really stood out. The location is convenient, very close to a subway station, though it's not JR. You can use a SUICA card. A FamilyMart is about a minute or two away, attached to another inn, and I felt safe walking there alone. The room was small but manageable, and the layout seemed quite good. I booked a super-single-twin-bed room, and the beds were decent. Amenities are on Lv.1, including facial mask sheets. I'd read reviews mentioning free breakfast, but it's no longer free. It's still affordable at ¥600.
