We were so happy staying here. The room was roomy, clean, and cozy, and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily, and there was free drinking water in the fridge. The shower was great, and detergent was provided for the washing machine. The staff were kind and helpful, even contacting the train station for me about something I'd lost. Really recommend it!

We only stayed one night, which was our only regret. The family room had bunk beds, lots of space, and all the amenities a family could want. The location is excellent, right across from a subway station. One stop either way gets you to Asakusa or Ueno, and you can walk to both stations and Kappabashi street too.

We had a really enjoyable first trip to Japan here. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and our family loved using the hotel's family bath. The rooms were comfortable, with a handy little kitchen area and balcony. It's in a great spot, with the subway right out front and a 7/11 next door. Would recommend!

A spacious, very clean family room with all the facilities we needed. The location was good too, and it worked really well for a family stay.

The family room felt newly renovated, and everything looked pretty new. It has four double beds, a kitchen, bathtub, table, sofa, fridge, washing machine, microwave, hotpot, induction stove, and lots of USB charging ports. Good Tokyo location, a minute from the train station and 7-11, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
