Hotel Kaijyokan

I’ve been walking across Shikoku for more than three weeks on the Shikoku Henro and have had plenty of good meals, but the food here was on another level. The culinary standards are incredibly high, and I honestly can’t see how the price is so affordable for this quality. The owners, Hiro and his wife, were very kind and always smiling. My room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was so hospitable that I decided to stay a second night. I hadn’t done that anywhere else on my pilgrimage. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for such a rewarding experience. I’ll always remember it.

I’m grateful they were open while I was walking henro, and I had a wonderful stay. My room was very clean, with its own bathroom and shower. Dinner was delicious. They also washed my clothes and packed breakfast to go since I was leaving early.

The hosts were so friendly, and even took care of my laundry. The dinner was the best meal of my trip so far, an absolute treat. Highly recommend it for hungry pilgrims and anyone who loves food. Thank you very much

Dinner was the best I’ve had on this trip, really delicious, beautifully presented, and a huge amount. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a great view and its own bathroom. The bus station is very close, and the host was super helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
