The hotel is a bit old, and the corridors smelled, while the onsen was a little disappointing for a hot spring village. The rooms were good, though, and the food was amazing. The kaiseki ryori was delicious and came in such huge portions that it was my first time getting a food coma from it. Apart from those points, everything else was great.

The sashimi was delicious and quite affordable. It’s a beautiful, comfortable restaurant. Highly recommend it!

Just a heads-up, guests still have to pay to use the onsen.

Pretty average overall. The food was great, especially the sashimi.

It’s a really convenient spot for train travel, just a two-minute walk from Hamamura Station. Our Japanese-style room felt roomy and relaxing. We only had breakfast, but there was a good range of dishes in the morning. The hot springs were lovely too, and we went for a soak several times. I thought the price was reasonable for the location. Thanks.
