Super Hotel Tottori Station

There’s a very nice free drink bar, with free alcohol every night. The rooms were spotless, and the front desk staff were sweet and friendly. The Wi-Fi was kind of slow and could use some adjustment. Apart from that, I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

A good fit for solo travelers. The layout makes good use of the space, and the rooms are quiet, clean, and a normal size for Japan. The bathroom was good too. It’s a modern hotel with nice fittings and a big TV, and breakfast was great. I’d recommend staying here if you want somewhere clean and central that serves a good breakfast.

I liked how easy the room was to access, with a code instead of a card, since I’m always worried I’ll lose a card. The shower head and water pressure were so good I almost bought the same brand when I spotted it in a shop. My room was spacious enough for a solo traveler, and the dryer worked really well. I was also grateful they held my luggage for a few hours after checkout while I spent the morning with my aunt. I was in town for two nights to see relatives in Tottori and Kurayoshi. The staff were friendly and informative, and the station is only about a two-minute walk away. There were free evening drinks and a simple but satisfying breakfast buffet. The bathroom was too small to move around comfortably, but I’d probably come back. Reconnecting with family has made me want to visit Tottori more often.

The bed was comfortable, and the pillow choices, tree drinks in the evening, and breakfast were all great value. The young woman at reception was efficient and spoke excellent English, which was a relief because my Japanese is very poor and I was exhausted that evening 😅🙏
