The staff were so caring and helped us out a lot. Thanks very much. We had a wonderful two-night stay, with delicious food and lovely natural hot springs.

We came in January and loved our stay. It's only a one-minute walk to the ski area, and having dinner and breakfast included makes the price great value, 10/10. The service made the trip even nicer, and it seems like an ideal place to learn to ski. Getting around by public transport might be tricky, so driving is probably best. It's a quiet area, though there's a cozy café, a convenience store, and the local Oraise Museum nearby. The onsen was really good, too, with an outdoor bath.

The room was clean, but cramped, and Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which was really inconvenient. The water wasn't hot enough, and one of the outdoor bathrooms didn't have a shower sprinkler. For the high price, the quality felt only average.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The natural thermal onsen was clean and great if all you're after is a hot soak and wash. There isn't a sauna or steam room.
