Our Family 6 room gave the four of us plenty of space, with a bed for each person and a separate living area to relax in. The spa was one reason we chose this hotel, and it was nice having it on-site. There’s also a convenience store in the building, which came in handy. The shuttle to DisneySea was simple to use, and breakfast had lots of choices along with a great view from the 22nd floor. The one thing I didn’t enjoy was how overpowering and uncomfortable the heating felt in the public areas. I guess some people prefer it that way.

DisneySea was especially close, and the hotel was spotless. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help, and the food was delicious.

There was a small problem with our room when we arrived, but the team quickly moved us and was very accommodating. The rest of the stay went perfectly. Get breakfast with your room, since there aren’t any places to eat nearby before heading to Disney.

Having enough proper beds for all five of us was a big win, and the room had more space than I expected, including a large bathroom and plenty of seating. I also loved the little balcony, where I could sit outside with a drink and snack. We surprised the kids with this stay for our Tokyo Disneyland trip, and it worked out really well. The buffet had Japanese food, fresh salads, and lots of sweets, just what we wanted at this point in the trip. Breakfast was included. I booked a massage by calling the number and paid cash afterward, which felt great after a long Disney day. My husband tried the shared bathing and onsen area and said it was quite nice, though there was a charge to enter. We wanted a hotel on the bay with a free shuttle to and from the park, and this one delivered. The station is about a 1 km walk, around 15-20 minutes with the kids and luggage. It wasn’t too bad, but it’s worth knowing about.
