The kitchen is roomy, clean, and stocked with everything you need, and the toilets and showers were all in good shape too. The owner and staff were really friendly and accommodating. I liked having enough height to stand inside my sleeping space, plus a shelf for my bags, which I don't usually get in hostels or capsules. There's a 711 and a park close by, and Toyama station is an easy walk away. They even have a projector for Netflix and two adorable chubby cats. Superb, I wish more hostels were like this.

The staff were lovely to chat with and helped me out over messages, even when they weren't at the hostel. The cats were a highlight for me, too. It's well priced, and the room was comfortable enough. You're close to both the station and the park, which made getting around easy. I'd definitely recommend it if you're visiting Toyama on a budget.

That Haruki Murakami themed library was the highlight for me. If you like the author, this place is worth considering. My capsule had room to stand up in, and the kitchen area was spacious. Everything was very clean. The staff were generous, kind, and attentive, and the hostel is only a short walk north of Toyama station.

We'd come back. The mixed dorm ran a little warm, though I do like my room very cold at night. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the whole place has a really neat look. There's a sushi restaurant in the same building, and I even bought a shirt. Plus, two cute cats! 10/10, would recommend.

A nice place to unwind, not just sleep. I had a comfortable stay, and there are some local sights nearby. It took about 8 minutes to walk from the station, and they gave me a coupon for two free rides on the local tram. The cats were cute, and there are house rules, but nothing hard to follow.
