Maya made our honeymoon especially memorable. She was a wonderful host who kept going beyond what we expected, and the whole staff was polished and professional. The owner even came by during our amazing dinner. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Thank you so much!

The dinners and breakfasts were beautiful, and it was fun getting to try new foods. Everyone took such good care of my family, and the people here were incredibly kind. The rooms and amenities felt luxurious, with everything close by and still quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We absolutely loved staying here.

My wife and I were surprised by how personal the service felt. Maya, who served our meals and prepared our bedding, was especially kind and friendly, which made the stay even nicer. There are lots of places to stay in Kinosaki, and I'm sure many are lovely, but I'd especially recommend Tajimaya. The staff were professional and ready to help with anything we asked.

The food was delicious and distinctive, and the location put us right near everything. What made the stay incredible, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond throughout. As a westerner, I found this to be much more than a hotel, it was an incredible experience. I'd highly recommend Tajimaya to anyone heading to Kinosaki.

Everything was amazing, from the food and baths to the service. Our attendant, Guang, was so kind and helpful the whole time. We'll definitely be back!
